Successful appearance at the trade fair CAMX 2018 in Dallas<\/h1>\n


\nThe trade fair for Composites and Advanced Materials was held this year under the Motto “New innovations and special functions”.
\nAt CAMX, Langzauner presented its qualitative and future-oriented range of services, such as multiple press systems, robot automation or handling concepts for mold tools, materials or components.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The numerous visitors at Langzauner’s booth were also informed about the solutions for industry 4.0 and processing of PEEK (Polyetheretherketone).
\nFiber-reinforced PEEK is a high temperature resistant thermoplastic with a melting temperature of approx. 380 \u00b0C. The heating systems in the hydraulic presses of Langzauner can heat the materials up to 500 \u00b0C, whereby PEEK can be easily and efficiently processed for various applications in the automotive, aerospace or aviation industries.<\/p>\n

The topic Industry 4.0 was deepened in the prasentation of Langzauner with the topic “Automation in the aircraft industry” in the CAMX-Theater, where extraordinary solutions for all classical and new processes in the composite industry were presented. The topic area also covered carbon or glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic components as well as RTM, SMC, GMT, PCM and crush core processes.<\/p>\n
