Perfect “flame dancers” as an apprentice project<\/h1>\n

From the third year of the apprenticeship, our mechatronics and mechanical engineering apprentices plan, calculate and manufacture a vacuum motor according to their own considerations. After all the work steps have been done, which is towards the end of the apprenticeship training, the results of the project are presented.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through a rotation concept, our apprentices get to know almost all areas in our company. In so doing, they learn all the skills and abilities that are important for the production of our hydraulic presses and automation systems.<\/p>\n

To consolidate the practical knowledge, there is an apprentice project every year. Following a basic guideline, our apprentices independently develop a vacuum motor – starting with the planning and ending with the production of all the necessary parts. Afterwards, the individual parts are assembled independently. A cost calculation for the motor and consideration of the running map are also part of the project. In this way, our apprentices learn to work independently and to think in a solution-oriented way.<\/p>\n

Perfect vacuum motors were presented to us again this year. Each of our apprentices impressively mastered the task in their own way. It was particularly remarkable how much work and diligence was invested in the two-cylinder boxer engine.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
