Each detail is optimized in the project phase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Production phase:<\/strong> Electrical planning and the electrical workshop work closely together in this phase. At Langzauner, the electrical engineering for special systems is carried out in-house through constant communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dominik Tauber explains: <em>\u201cElectrical planning works closely together with design engineering and software engineering from the project phase onwards. The structure of the entire special machine is analyzed in the team: What are the customer\u2019s specifications, what has to be included, what can be improved, etc. It\u2019s about finding optimal settings and viable solutions. From the production phase onwards, we engage closely with our electrical workshop, which functions as an extended arm of the e-planners and software engineers. Optimizations in the process are also arrived at, documented, and implemented here.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-8  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_half  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optimal results through dialogue between e-planning and the electrical workshop<\/h2>\n<p>In the area of electrical engineering too, Langzauner customers benefit from the short distances and high vertical integration at Langzauner. Sounding out optimization potential and using it for customers is part of our Langzauner DNA.<\/p>\n<p>Alexander F\u00fcrst explains: <em>\u201cE-planning and our electrical workshop work together on equal terms. Production feasibility is always taken into account. In practice, we also regularly contribute to optimizations in the electrical workshop. We always have to precisely document changes and then incorporate them into the design engineering data.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constant coordination between e-planners and the e-workshop is also important to check potential optimizations beforehand: <em>\u201cWe regularly discuss intermediate steps in order to adjust calculations and consider whether optimizations are also permissible. For cables to be laid cleanly so you can see that the work was done by professionals. In this respect, we set ourselves very high standards in terms of quality and perfection. Both in electrical planning and in the electrical workshop,\u201d <\/em>says Dominik Tauber, underscoring the level of quality at Langzauner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our team in Lambrechten also consistently incorporates the ever-growing requirements in special machine construction into the work process. <em>\u201cThe requirements for materials and electrical engineering standards are becoming increasingly extensive. In particular, large companies with in-house maintenance departments want to use switchgear and materials from the same manufacturer in order to optimize their spare parts inventory and maintenance efficiency. This is entirely legitimate, and we respond flexibly to such customer requests. Internationalization at Langzauner also brings with it new challenges. Alongside European standards, various international standards also apply,\u201d <\/em>Dominik Tauber explains the dynamic environment. <em>\u201cThe safety equipment is also becoming more extensive,\u201d <\/em>adds Alexander F\u00fcrst.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-14  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assembly &amp; commissioning: The electrical workshop team in its element<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the assembly and commissioning of Langzauner special machines, our highly specialized team from the electrical workshop works together with our metal technicians and software experts. Which matters in these project steps, explains Alexander F\u00fcrst: <em>\u201cEspecially in the case of large systems, final assembly on the customer\u2019s premises, as well as commissioning, is often a lengthy process. As a team, we have to very carefully weigh up which tools and materials we will have to take with us to carry out assembly at the customer. All eventualities are analyzed, for which we are able to draw on a wealth of experience in special machine construction. If customs clearance is required, I can\u2019t simply pop materials or tools in the mail. So we always have to be perfectly prepared for such tasks. A high degree of problem-solving expertise on site is also important. I\u2019m delighted that we have built up a team of fitters that works perfectly together in this respect and is able to deliver excellent quality at the customer.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-16  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_hr  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intensive support during the commissioning process<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Langzauner sees itself as being a long-term partner for its customers, which means that commissioning is intensively supported by our teams. <em>\u201cWe are involved in the operational handover of the plant and assist with the initial steps in the commissioning process. This is often followed by production support and process optimization by our colleagues from the software engineering department. You have to work well as part of a team because strong cohesion is what sets us apart. In the electrical workshop, we complete our tasks together. We work cleanly and precisely. You have to be willing to learn certain things, such as how to keep your workplace clean, otherwise you\u2019ll run into difficulty. We also address personal matters. When planning longer installation jobs, we consult with our electricians and plan all the jobs together. After all, you want everything to work for everyone in the long term.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dominik Tauber: <em>&#8220;You\u2019re constantly developing your professional skills with us. Which also means that you can&#8217;t be afraid to get your hands dirty when it comes to familiarizing yourself with the subject matter. If you\u2019re looking for this kind of challenge, you\u2019ve come to the right place.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>How important is training young talent to you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alexander F\u00fcrst: <em>\u201cWe currently have three apprentices in the electrical workshop,<\/em> <em>where they learn everything they need for the diverse field of special machine construction.<\/em> <em>Almost all our colleagues in the electrical workshop have previously trained with us.<\/em> <em>I\u2019m their trainer, but here at Langzauner, imparting knowledge to our apprentices is a team effort.<\/em> <em>And that seems to have the right impact because virtually everyone stays with us after completing their apprenticeship.<\/em> <em>Which I&#8217;m delighted about, of course!&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why do you like working at Langzauner so much? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alexander F\u00fcrst: <em>\u201cI came here by chance 13 years ago and grew into the job. You grow together with the people here.\u00a0 Especially when you&#8217;re working together on an assembly job, you get to know one other very well. You have to find a team like ours first.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dominik Tauber: <em>\u201cIt just works.
