For Langzauner, the event was an excellent opportunity to meet customers, partners, and experts from the international composites industry in person.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to sincerely thank <strong>all visitors who stopped by our booth<\/strong>. Composite materials are becoming increasingly important in industries such as <strong>aerospace, automotive, defense, energy, and advanced mobility<\/strong>. At the same time, requirements for <strong>production speed, process stability, and component quality<\/strong> continue to grow.<\/p>\n<p>This is exactly where Langzauner\u2019s technologies come into play. Our focus is on the development of <strong>high-precision press technology and automated production systems for composite components<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>By implementing automated systems, manufacturers benefit from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>higher <strong>productivity and scalability<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>more <strong>stable and repeatable processes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>consistently high <strong>component quality<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>reduced <strong>manual process steps<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>improved <strong>digital process control and traceability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These factors are especially critical for industries where <strong>quality, efficiency, and reliable series production<\/strong> are essential.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/p>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-8  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innovative Composite Technology at Our Booth<\/h2>\n<p>A special highlight at our booth was a <strong>thermoplastic \u201cWing Movable\u201d<\/strong>, displayed as a <strong>loaned component from FACC AG<\/strong>. The component gave visitors a practical insight into current developments in <strong>automated composite manufacturing in the aerospace industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The demonstrator was developed in collaboration with <strong>Embraer<\/strong>, <strong>Toray Advanced Composites<\/strong>, and <strong>Coriolis Composites<\/strong>, showcasing modern technologies for the industrial production of <strong>thermoplastic composite structures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At the center of the process are <strong>AFP (Automated Fiber Placement)<\/strong> for automated fiber layup and <strong>induction welding<\/strong> for the efficient joining of thermoplastic components\u2014key technologies for <strong>scalable composite production in aerospace applications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-10  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_hr  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank You to the Organizers<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would also like to thank the organizers of JEC World for the excellent organization of the exhibition.
