Four new talents start their training at Langzauner

Starting your career is an important step—full of expectations, challenges, and opportunities. At Langzauner, we are delighted to be able to accompany four young talents on this journey.

Our new apprentices introduce themselves

Elias H., Raphael B., and Alexander Sch. are starting their apprenticeships as metal technicians with a great deal of motivation and ambition. They bring curiosity, manual dexterity, and enthusiasm for technology with them—the best prerequisites for an exciting apprenticeship at our company.

Daniel W. is joining us in his second year of apprenticeship and already has valuable experience that he will now deepen and expand at Langzauner.

What makes our apprenticeship special

An apprenticeship at Langzauner means more than just learning individual work steps. During their training, our apprentices pass through all departments in their field:

  • from the planning of complex projects,
  • to the processing and manufacture of components,
  • to the final assembly of entire machines.

This gives them a comprehensive insight into mechanical engineering and teaches them how many individual cogs have to mesh together to successfully realize a high-tech project.

Learning in line with our values

The training of our apprentices is closely linked to Langzauner’s values:

  • Innovation: Our apprentices work on projects that set new standards worldwide.
  • Quality: Precision and accuracy are a central part of their work from day one.
  • Team spirit: Learning together as a team, overcoming challenges, and celebrating successes—that’s what makes an apprenticeship at Langzauner unique.

Looking to the future

We are proud to be training the next generation of skilled workers with Elias, Raphael, Alexander, and Daniel. They are not just apprentices, but already an important part of our team—and thus a crucial building block for the future of Langzauner.

We warmly welcome you and look forward to accompanying you on your journey to becoming metal technicians!
