Langzauner asphalt shooting:
When team spirit becomes the most accurate force

The Langzauner asphalt shooting event, organized by Stefan Strasser and Rene Laher, impressively demonstrated how powerful cooperation can be when people experience something together outside of their everyday working lives.

This year, nine teams competed against each other—a colorful mix of teams from different departments who rarely work side by side. This is precisely where the special value of the event lay: roles became blurred, hierarchies faded into the background, and colleagues became real playing partners.

On the track, it quickly became clear what makes good teamwork:

  • Joint strategies instead of individual actions
  • Communication on an equal footing
  • Trust in the abilities of others
  • Humor that relieves tension and creates solidarity

Each turn became more than just a sporting competition—it became a small training ground for what also applies in everyday working life: cooperation, support, and a shared focus.

In the end, the team consisting of Rene, Norbert, Martina, and Gabriel emerged victorious from the tournament, but the real winners were all the participants: new connections, strengthened relationships, and the feeling of having achieved something together.

A big thank you goes to the organizing team, whose dedication ensured that a fun sporting event turned into a real team-building experience.

Langzauner has once again demonstrated that when people come together, strength grows – and that is exactly what defines us as a company.
