A Blend of Enjoyment, Exercise, and Team Spirit

Langzauner employees spent a delightful and active May Day with their families, filled with new encounters, physical activity, and genuine community spirit.

May 1st is a holiday for many. For us, it was once again a day full of exercise, encounters, and shared experiences. At the popular “Cycling Meets Culinary Delights” event, organized by the healthy communities of Eggerding and Mayrhof, several Langzauner employees once again took part with their families—and demonstrated that team spirit doesn’t end at the factory gates.

Early in the morning, this special atmosphere was already in the air: bikes were prepped, helmets adjusted, children encouraged, and the first meeting points agreed upon. What followed was far more than just a bike ride. It was a day when colleagues spent time together, families came together, and people engaged in conversation away from projects, deadlines, and production halls.

The route wound through the beautiful region, passing green landscapes, bustling stops, and culinary breaks that made the day a real treat. Whether participants were competitive or just out for a leisurely ride—the focus wasn’t on speed, but on the shared experience.

It was especially wonderful to see how naturally generations come together at such events: children full of energy, parents chatting, and colleagues meeting for a change without the daily grind of work. It is precisely these moments that define community.

At Langzauner, we understand solidarity not just as a concept within the company, but as a living part of our culture. Events like “Cycling Meets Culinary Delights” create space for personal connections, strengthen our sense of togetherness, and show how important shared experiences are even outside of work.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made this day so special. We’re already looking forward to our next adventure together on two wheels.
